Nancy Kasberg
CEO and Owner
As a first-generation American and combat veteran, Nancy Kasberg brings a unique perspective shaped by resilience, service, and leadership under pressure. After joining the Air Force in 2009, she served in critical roles with Special Operations Command Africa and Air Forces Central Command, where she honed expertise in operational intelligence, strategic communication, and process efficiency.
Drawing on this foundation, Nancy now leads FTL with a focus on helping organizations modernize, secure, and innovate. Under her leadership, FTL’s team of seasoned consultants including former Fortune 250 executives and defense leaders—deliver mission-focused, contract-ready expertise to government and industry clients nationwide.
